This image just came to me via a friend via blogTO.com and frankly it’s just confusing… Did the ticket officer think the owner of this bike/scooter deserved a break and thought a nice refreshing alcohol filled chocolate or two might take the edge off? Did someone walking by think that the rider was having a bad enough day and should get a small pick-me up?
More importantly that’s booze and a motorized vehicle. Naughty naughty!
